Store your chocolate in a cool (54 to 64 degrees Fahrenheit) and dry place, protected from moisture and out of direct sunlight. Keep your chocolates away from anything with a strong odor because chocolate can absorb odors that can adversely affect its flavor.

We don't recommend refrigeration because condensation can draw sugars out and crystallize on the outside, resulting in a whitish bloom. Exposure to high temperatures can cause the cocoa butter in chocolate to separate from the emulsion, resulting in a dull whitish bloom on the surface. 

Please enjoy your chocolates at room temperature within four weeks of purchase.


FRC takes pride in donating to select organizations and causes. Because of the numerous requests received, however, we select a single cause in July for support each year (August 1 to July 31). We concentrate our efforts on first-time recipients and causes/charities that have special meaning for us. All non-profit donation requests should be emailed to k2@filthyrichchocolates.com before June 15 for consideration.
